Reach Out & Earth Hour Activity

March 23, 2010

PHINMA PROPERTIES celebrated its 23rd Anniversary through a reach-out activity at Spazio Bernardo - a community inaugurated in 2006 and was recognized by the Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) as Best Condo Design.

Volunteers from the company and the PHINMA Group took part in clean-up drives and repainting activities for the community. Also launched in the same day was "Serb Kita" - a livelihood program established by PHINMA PROPERTIES where unemployed residents from the surrounding communities are accredited for services such as massage, manicure/pedicure, laundry services and the like.

The company's anniversary coincided with Earth Day 2010 and the day's activity culminated with a mass for the residents followed by the shut down of common area lighting. The company also shared award-winning environmental and climate change documentaries with the residents through a film showing in the project's clubhouse. The mass, earth hour celebration and film showing were done simultaneously in the companies other communities - Sunny Villas, San Benissa Garden Villas and Fountain Breeze.
