PHINMA PROPERTIES launches ASiA Enclaves Alabang
05/12/2011

asyaMANILA, Philippines - A new community of low-rise condominiums is poised to meet the high standards of young metropolitans. And once again, this was made possible by seasoned real-estate developer, PHINMA PROPERTIES.

Like a lot of city dwellers, young professionals and families know the challenge of finding a good home within the Metro Manila. Aside from location, quality and aesthetics, finances come into play. With a number of real estate companies offering towering housing properties with slow unit turnovers and steep prices, the ideal home is mostly beyond reach. But developers need not build high-rises to accomplish such a tall order. PHINMA PROPERTIES aims to prove this yet again. And this time around, its solution infuses three rich cultures with the company’s tried and tested practices to form a new development—a promising project called Asya Enclaves Alabang.

Located at the commercial core of Muntinlupa, Asya Enclaves Alabang will be a 3.5-hectare condominium community and will be composed of three Asian themed, low-rise enclaves that will uphold the company’s tradition of fast unit turnovers and high-quality developments. “Again, what sets us apart in this project is the price,” said Willie J. Uy, President and CEO of PHINMA PROPERTIES. “It’s probably the lowest selling price, starting at P45,000 per square meter, right now in the market.

Apart from that, we’re known for building fast. This involves 7 storey buildings. Our typical record for that is anywhere between 6 to 8 months. Because of this, our homeowners can quickly enjoy the comfort of their new homes without having to wait for such a long time.” But even as PHINMA PROPERTIES forgoes slow unit turnovers and high prices, aesthetics remain to be a priority for a company which aims to house the young and the savvy.

The company has been known for making use of unique design themes to compliment their other offerings. They’ve used Mediterranean aesthetics, they’ve made use of contemporary designs and they have employed the neo-classical philosophy. For this particular project, they turned to the rich Asian culture. “Each of Asya’s enclaves will be designed differently,” said Uy. “The first phase will have a Japanese theme, the second will be inspired by the Thai culture. The last of the three phases will have designs inspired by Indonesia.” The Japanese-inspired phase, Ohara Enclave, will employ the minimalist sophistication characteristic of modern architecture from the “Land of the Rising Sun.” Within the shadow of its 7 storey frame, Ohara will also have its own guardhouse and a charming pocket playground providing a sense of exclusivity. The Thai-inspired Sena Enclave will bear the cultural wealth of the country. Its elaborate aesthetics will come into play sparingly—enough to be noticeable while complementing the other two phases. Meanwhile, the Indonesian-inspired Tirta Enclave will have a somewhat tropical Bali architecture.

Like Ohara, the Sena and Tirta Enclaves will also have their own guardhouses and pocket playgrounds. All three enclaves are also surrounded with generous spaces—a remedy to the congestion of the city. “I believe that the Asian theme is very popular,” said Grant Orbeta, Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Design. “It is aesthetically pleasing. As for us, we relish the fact that we continue to experiment and grow. This is another step in PHINMA PROPERTIES’ continuous advancement.”

Apart from offering three stylish enclaves in one community, Asya Enclaves Alabang will also be featuring other amenities. Near the multicultural triumvirate, the community will also have a central amenities block. The said block will have a function hall and a club house. It also has a kiddie pool and a main pool. Meanwhile, a fitness hub will also be provided for the most active of residents. “We do our best to cover our bases,” said Uy. Given its place in Alabang, Asya’s location gives easy access to fulfill the business and leisure needs of residents. Apart from the nearby commercial district of the area, the community also has close proximity to the bustling streets of Makati and the non-congested allure of Fort Bonifacio Taguig. It is also a few minutes away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

“We are very lucky to have this location,” Uy said. “It offers a nice neighborhood for our residents.” Since 1987, PHINMA PROPERTIES has been known for the construction of several popular developments in the Philippines such as the Manila Polo Club Town House and the Mariposa Villas. The company soon became one of the leaders in low-cost, mid-rise building with a philosophy summed up in one slogan: city living made easy. And with the development of Asya Enclaves Alabang, it will continue to espouse that dictum, effectively making high-standard living within reach.
