This promotion is for travelers arriving in the Philippines from April to June 30, 2010. 3. Promotion/advertisementis made by PHINMA PROPERTIES through the Philippine Immigration Arrival Cards (Ad Card). 4. Travelers with Immigration Arrival Cards may join the raffle by completely filling out the online registration form below and by reserving a condo unit in any of our projects on or before June 30, 2010. 5. Travelers who reserved a unit/s but did not register online will not qualify for the raffle; however, traveler will still qualify for the reservation fee discount. 6. Travelers who registered online and reserved* a condo unit/s in any of our projects are qualified to avail the reservation fee discount and join the raffle promo. *Regardless of forfeited reservation fee or whether traveler did not push through with buying a condo unit. 7. The raffle draw will be on July 14, 2010 with the supervision of a PHINMA PROPERTIES and a DTI representative. HOW TO JOIN? 1. Travelers with Philippine Immigration Arrival Card must fill out the online registration form at www.phinmaproperties.com. All on-line registration shall be verified and validated by an email from PHINMA PROPERTIES Customer Service Support (CSS). 2. Travelers must also make a reservation for a condo unit/s in any of the PHINMA PROPERTIES projects. 3. Upon validation by PHINMA PROPERTIES Customer Service Support (CSS) that the traveler completed the online registration and that traveler made a condo unit/s reservation, traveler qualifies for the raffle promo. WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED FROM JOINING? 1. Those who will not register online or those who did not complete the online registration form. 2. Those who will not reserve a unit from any of PHINMA PROPERTIES projects. 3. Those who cannot present the PHINMA PROPERTIES Ad card placed with the Philippine Immigration Arrival Card. 4. Employees of PHINMA PROPERTIES are not qualified to join the promo including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity. RAFFLE PRIZE One (1) unit of iPhone 3GS (16GB). Prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash. DISCOUNT Php 5,000.00 off from the reservation fee of Php 20,000.00. Discount is non-transferable and reservation is non-refundable. WINNING THE RAFFLE AND CLAIMING PRIZES: 1. The winner will be notified one (1) day after the raffle draw date and will receive a notification letter, electronic mail, fax or phone call on how to claim their prizes. 2. Winner may claim their prize by presenting two (2) government issued IDs (SSS or GSIS, TIN, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, Passport etc) at: PHINMA Properties Center, No. 29 Edsa Mandaluyong City, Philippines. 3. If winner authorizes a representative to claim the prize, the representative must present an authorization letter from the winner and one valid ID of the winner. The representative must also present a valid ID when claiming the prize. The Authorized representative must be the same person indicated by the participant in the online registration form. Authorizing of a different person shall not be honored by PHINMA PROPERTIES. 4. Prize may be claimed from Ms. Irene Maranan of PHINMA PROPERTIES Marketing Department. Otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of PHINMA PROPERTIES with prior DTI approval. 5. Prize not claimed within SIXTY (60) calendar days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of PHINMA PROPERTIES, with prior DTI approval.
